Once government fees are paid and filings are initiated, those amounts are generally non-refundable. Our professional service fee component has structured refund eligibility as described below.
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Bizverse Legal and Compliance Solutions. By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Our services involve two components:
- Professional Service Fee: Our charge for advisory, document preparation, filing assistance, and case management
- Government Fees / Third-Party Costs: Fees paid to government portals (MCA, GST, Registrar of Firms, etc.), DSC agencies, and stamp duty — charged at actuals
⚠️ Important: Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party costs once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid directly to government authorities or third-party agencies on your behalf.
2. When Refunds Are Applicable
2.1 Full Refund of Professional Fee
- We are unable to initiate your registration process within 7 working days of receiving complete documents — solely due to our failure
- We made an error in filing that resulted in rejection, and we are unable to rectify and refile within the committed timeline
- You cancel your request before we have initiated any government portal filing or incurred any government-related costs on your behalf
- Service not delivered within agreed timelines due to reasons entirely attributable to our team
2.2 Partial Refund of Professional Fee
- You cancel your request after document collection has commenced but before any government portal filing has been initiated (50% refund)
- Registration is rejected by the government authority due to a reason outside our control, and refiling is not feasible
- Mutual agreement between the client and Bizverse in exceptional circumstances
2.3 No Refund Situations
- Government fees, stamp duty, DSC fees, or any third-party charges once paid
- After government portal filing has been successfully initiated (SPICe+ / FiLLiP / RUN / GST REG-01 etc.)
- Where rejection is caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client
- Where you change your mind or business plan after filing has commenced
- Where delays are caused by government processing times, technical issues on government portals, or force majeure events
- Where delays are caused by the client's failure to provide required documents in time
- For completed services where the registration certificate has been delivered
- Annual compliance packages where filing for one or more months/periods has already been completed

- Before document collection begins: Full refund of professional fee within 7 business days
- After document collection, before portal filing: 50% refund of professional fee within 7 business days
- After portal filing initiated: No refund on professional fee; government fees non-refundable
- After certificate delivered: No refund applicable
4. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request in writing via email with your order/receipt number
- Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source only
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, escalate by emailing info@right1management.com with subject "Refund Dispute." We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
6. Important Reminders
- Government registration timelines are indicative and subject to MCA/GST portal processing speeds, outside our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by government portal downtime, maintenance, or technical issues
- Name rejection by MCA is not grounds for a refund if the name was provided by the client after being informed of the risk
- All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST once collected and remitted to the government cannot be refunded.
